Privacy Policy

Any information given to the therapist prior to, during or after consultation and any contact information given to Bodhi Tree Holistics mailing list team will be kept in the strictest confidence and is subject to law under the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. We will not sell or share any information about you with a third party without your consent except in circumstances where we are required to by law. These circumstances may include instances where disclosure has been made of an illegal activity or a intention to carry out illegal activity. Such information would be shared with the relevant authorities under the auspices of the Data Protection Act.

We may from time to time publish articles and/or present case studies based on the treatment of our clients. In such cases, clients would be anonymised and we would ensure that no personal details which could identify them would be included in the article/case study.

Methods of Payment

Cash and cheques are accepted as methods of payment. Cheques will only be accepted up the value of the accompanying cheque guarantee card. Returned cheques will incur a £10 charge payable to Bodhi Tree Holistics within 10 working days of the transaction failing.

Cancellation Policy

We value your custom and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that we are available for your appointment at the arranged time. In return we require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any scheduled appointment. A charge equal to that of the value of the appointment may be incurred in the case of less than 24 hours notice being given, missed or no-show appointments.
